For the love of Cheeeeeese! :)

You know that Mac and Cheese thats stringy and buttery with every bite? This is it !

Recipe/ You will need

- 4-5 Cups of elbow macaroni

- Broth

(vegetable or chicken, I use chicken) *can also use water

- Shredded Cheese 1/2 Mozzarella, Half Cheddar

(we dont measure cheese here baha, but if I had to guess I would say 2 to 3 cups)

- Butter

(or margarine if that's your jam)

- Milk

- Salt, Pepper and any other spices you desire

(I love using a little Dill)

- Large Soup Pot

(large one with two handles works best!)

Large Mixing bowl

(Tupperware or plastic, steel with get hot!)

9x 13 pan

*This recipe makes a hearty 9x13 pan of macaroni, feel free to half for an 8x8 size

Start by adding your 4-5 cups of noodles to your large soup pot, add your broth or water over top, just enough that all your noodles are covered.

Set pot on stove and turn on to medium high heat and boil your noodles until they are soft, stirring occasionally. You can also add a spoon full of butter to your pot before you turn the heat on, the butter melting in the broth or water will help your noodles not stick together.

While your noodles are cooking, shred your cheese, set your mixing bowl out.

Drain the remaining liquid from the cooked noodles with a strainer over the sink.

Pour all your cooked noodles into you mixing bowl, and immediately add all your cheese, add a dollop of butter, a splash of milk, your spices, give it a mix with a spoon and place a lid or flat pan over the bowl and leave for 5 minutes to let the cheese at all melt.

Remove lid from bowl and stir, if cheese is not fully melted, cover and let sit for a few more minutes.

Stir until all cheese is melted and incorporated and if you like and have it handy, add a scoop of whipped and flavored cream cheese ( I love the Philadelphia chive or pepper!) and mix in for a reallly creamy mac and cheese!

Once all mixed, pour into your 9x 13 pan, and serve warm or pack in fridge to serve later.

Enjoy, the cheesier the better right! ;)
